ABOUT REGISTRATION
Registration to (WM)² will open on October 06, 2017.
There is a registration fee to cover for coffee breaks, lunch and conference material. It can be paid online by PayPal or at the conference checkin. The registration fee is R$ 300,00 (approximately USD 95) if paid by June 30, 2018, and R$ 360,00 (approximately USD 115) if paid after June 30, 2018.
To register to (WM)² click the link below to go through the following steps:
1) Create an account at IMPA's event system if you have never done so (If you already have an account at IMPA's event system, log in and review your records).
2) Register to (WM)². If you request financial support, please submit an updated CV at the end of the registration by February 28, 2018. If you propose a poster presentation, please submit an abstract at the end of the registration by February 28, 2018.
3) Create an account at IMPA's payment system if you have never done so (If you already have an account at IMPA's payment system, log in and review your records).
4) Pay the registration fee online by PayPal.
We encourage participants to pay for the registration fee online by PayPal. Those that are unable to do so can pay at the conference checkin. In this case, dismiss steps 3 and 4 above.
POSTER SUBMISSION
There will be a poster session during lunch. In order to propose a poster, participants must submit an abstract through the registration form by February 28, 2018. In order to prepare the abstract, please use the template available at (https://impa.br/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/template_abstract.zip).
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Participants from Latin America and other developing countries also attending the ICM are strongly encouraged to apply for the Open Arms Travel Grant Program.
Some of the Open Arms Travel Grants can also be used to attend the (WM)².
In addition to the Open Arms Travel Grant Program, we have limited funding aimed at participants from Latin America and other developing countries. Participants wishing to apply for financial support must submit an updated CV through the registration form by February 28, 2018.
